What will the draw for the group stage of Conmebol Libertadores bring us in terms of emotions for this season?
The draw for the competition will take place this Friday (25th) at 12:00 pm (Brasília time) where the eight representatives of Brazil in the group stage of Conmebol Libertadores will find out who their opponents will be in the fight for places in the knockout stage of the most important tournament in America .
The only team in the country that failed to advance to the group stage was Fluminense, eliminated by Olimpia in the last preliminary stage.

As a rule, teams from the same country cannot be placed in the same group, as long as one of them comes from the previous phase. That is, Atlético-MG, for example, cannot face Corinthians, but can fall into the same bracket as América-MG.
The teams will play six games, three at home and three away, and the top two in each group advance to the round of 16. The third place will go to the round of 16 of the Copa Sudamericana.
The final of the competition will be played on October 29, 2022, at the Estadio Monumental Isidro Romero Carbo, in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
The Libertadores 2022 award
Conmebol increased the amounts allocated to the teams that will compete in the tournament. The champion will take, in all, adding all phases, just over 23 million dollars (about R$ 113 million at current prices). Just for the title, the amount increased from 15 million to 16 million dollars (R$ 77 million).
1st preliminary phase: U$$400 thousand per game at home (R$2.19 million);
2nd preliminary phase: U$$500 thousand per game at home (R$2.73 million);
3rd preliminary phase: U$$600 thousand per game at home (R$3.01 million);
Group stage: 1 million dollars (R$4.85 million);
Round of 16: U$$1.05 million dollars (R$5.74 million);
Quarterfinals: U$$1.5 million dollars (R$8.2 million);
Semifinal: 2 million dollars (R$10.93 million);
Runner-up: 6 million dollars (R$32.79 million); Champion: 16 million dollars (R$87.43 million).
